MISSION

Modern Material is designed to change the way we think, create, curate, make, market, manufacture and monetize our material. Our mission is to create a collaborative commerce system that shares revenue with communities or campaigns based on their contribution to a collection.

WELCOME to THE MODERN MATERIAL WORLD

On LABOR DAY we will begin hiring BRAND AMBASSADORS who can earn up to a 25% coMMission by SELLING our material to their friends, family and communities. All you need to do is work from home, have a party or host an event.

INNOVATORS, INFLUENCERS + INITIATORS

Everything begins with an idea. A vision that a designer renders into something you can see. Thoughts begin to materialize into beautiful works of art and art becomes a valuable asset to those who possess it.

The products we consume are works of art that have been reproduced for more than one person to buy. The more people who own something the less valuable it becomes. 38% of our country’s wealth in controlled by the top 1% of American families. That means the average consumer cannot afford to buy the same things the upper class can purchase.

We believe in creating a community full of ideas that everyone can contribute to as we build collections and compensate based on the sales performance.

AN ARMY OF ARTISTS

Once a collection is added to our lineup we will seek creative talent to collaborate with us. Designers, songwriters, tech developers, photographers, models, hair stylists, influencers and performers will be invited to join us to join our collaborative commerce system of fair trade and fair share.

Full-time jobs, internships, brand ambassadors and volunteers will be needed to help us build this company.

SOURCING + PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Our team of merchants and product developers work with designers to create products that generate large profits and high margins. Our job is to design the latest material and give our customers the best value when they purchase it. We are among the best in the best in the business because we help our industry turn the BILLIONS of dollars we import from CHINA into TRILLIONS of dollars we sell in AMERICA.

GLOBAL MANUFACTURING

Minimum wage in the United States is $7.25 per hour vs. $1.39 per hour in China. Who is paying for this raise? You are. The United States makes 97% of our goods in other countries so we can markup the retail price to pay for educated people who design and sell our goods in America. We are trained to save consumers money and prevent sweatshop conditions by trading goods and services with our global supply chain to lower the costs to the consumer.

CURATED COLLECTIONS

We will share ideas on social media to get your VOTES before we ELECT to materialize them into products.  This will allow us to minimize our inventory risk and maximize our profits. Then we can share revenue with the team who helped us build each collection based on contribution value.

SOCIAL NETWORK

The internet allows us to connect directly to communities and customers allowing us to retain higher margins. We will keep our company crowd-funded so we can share the revenue with our community not corporate investors who make the rich get richer. We will begin to post our job listings on Labor Day.

SOCIAL ENAGEMENT

Engage your friends, family, followers and community to curate collections that will make a difference. Get creative with your photos or videos. Make a political fashion statement or support a cause you believe in. Let’s provoke change but please keep the peace.

JOIN THE REVENUE REVOLUTION

Our Brand Ambassador revenue sharing program is expected to open on Labor Day. It will be designed to provide 25% sales commission for the distribution of our brand. We are encouraging communities to rally their troops and capitalize on their protest messages. Revenue will be shared amongst individuals or generated for campaign causes.
